AI in the sales team

You paid for an AI licence for the whole sales team. Look at who opened it this week.

The subscription is paid for. The habit is not. We put AI into two or three real moves in a salesperson's week, and we measure at 30, 60 and 90 days who actually uses it.

Let us talk about your sales team

The real problem

The tool arrived. The habit did not.

Nobody has trouble signing up for a subscription. The trouble comes afterwards: the salesperson has twelve things to do today, they have never seen the tool applied to their own files, and they go back to their own method. Three months later, two people out of twelve use it, to write emails nobody reads.

In June 2025 Gartner predicted that more than 40% of agentic AI projects would be abandoned by the end of 2027, pointing to rising costs, unclear business value and inadequate risk controls.

Gartner, prediction published on 25 June 2025, based on a January 2025 survey of 3,412 respondents.

This is not a technology problem. It is a problem of changing a habit, and that does not get solved with a two-hour training session.

What we do

Four moves, and the last one decides everything

01

We pick two or three moves, not twenty.

We look at a salesperson's actual week and target what repeats and costs dearly: answering a tender, pulling requirements out of a specification, finding a similar quote. We let the rest go.

02

We set the guardrails first, not afterwards.

Which data may leave your walls, which may not, where the prompts go, what happens to customer quotes. We put it in writing before anyone pastes a price list into a chat window.

03

We train on their real deals.

No fictional cases. The salesperson works on their live file, with their vocabulary and their constraints, until the move becomes faster than it was before. A tool that slows you down does not survive the week.

04

We measure usage at 30, 60 and 90 days.

Who uses it, on what, and what is blocking the others. Then we fix it. That last piece is the one everybody skips, and it is the one that decides the fate of the project.

The limits, up front

What we do not do

We do not resell licences. We have no interest in you buying more of them.

We do not deliver an "AI strategy". A 60-page document changes nobody's behaviour.

We do not replace your salespeople. The goal is that they spend more time in front of customers, not less time employed.

We do not plug anything into your customer data before deciding with you what leaves and what stays. Law 25 applies to that data like everything else, and we put it in writing before anything is connected.

What follows

Often, it ends up being about quotes

Nine times out of ten, when we look at where the sales team really loses its hours, we land on producing quotes. AI helps prepare, extract and draft. It does not replace pricing rules that were never written down.

If that is your case, the conversation will move there.

One hour with a salesperson, and we will know.

Not an audit. One hour watching how a real week goes, and we tell you whether there is something to do or not.
